Heavy Duty Construction. Manufactured from heavy duty 2″ diameter (0.12″ wall thickness) steel tubing, this Barricade Off-Road Roof Rack System is completed in a textured black powder coat finish for aggressive good looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.
Removable Cross Bars. Barricade Off-Road designed their roof rack with removable cross bars to allow for different size cargo loads and easy removal of either a soft or hard top without the need to disassemble the entire rack.
Application. The Barricade Off-Road Roof Rack System is specifically designed to fit the 2004 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited models only, does not fit short wheel base models. It is not designed for rollover protection.
Technical Note. This bolt-on application is designed to work with aftermarket bumpers, and will not work with the OEM rear bumper.

Great fit and I love the rack system. It wasn’t too complex to put together but definitely easier with two people. I had to purchase some longer bolts for the rear bracket system because I have an aftermarket rear bumper. Also the kit comes with spacers in case you have a body lift. I don’t have a body lift but it definitely looked better with the 1″ spacers that were provided. When installing it gives you the impression that it’s not going to line up correctly but once you install the crossbars, everything comes together snug and it really locks it all in place! Definitely worth the money!

Very nice roof rack for the money. The hardware that comes with it isn’t the best, but it works fine. Have tested it numerous times with upwards of 300 pounds of gear and it was solid. Just remember to tighten everything once in a while; driving seems to loosen up the hardware over time.
