Ordered these yesterday afternoon,had them in hand by 10:30 this morning. Took about 1 hour to install, laying in the driveway. Perfect fit, perfect alignment. My truck does not have any welded in place nuts at the holes, but the clip nuts were included for all of the holes. All of the hardware needed was included and the directions were accurate and had great pictures to help. These steps are just what I needed to make it a bit easier to get in and out of my truck without wearing the seat fabric on the edge.
