Designed with the spirited off-roader in mind, this Bumper features a built-in winch plate that is capable of supporting a 12,000 pound winch. Additional features include an integrated grille guard hoop, LED fog lights and two high strength D-Ring mounts (D-Rings not included). Loaded with all these great features, this Barricade HD Front Bumper is ideal for both street and off road use.
Integrated LED Fog Lights. This Barricade HD Front Bumper includes two LED Fog Lights. The fog lights are equipped with high output LEDs to provide an intense 6000K light temperature. Each light has a IP67 rating providing reliable waterproof performance, thanks to a tough aluminum housing sealed with a polycarbonate lens.
High Quality Construction. Manufactured from heavy duty 5/32-inch steel plating for strength, this Barricade Front Bumper is cold formed into shape. After trimming and final finishing, Barricade then completes their Bumper in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for durability and long lasting corrosion resistance.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. Barricade engineered their HD Front Bumper to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the original stock bumper reusing the factory hardware and mounting points. There is no cutting or modifications required for a clean straight forward installation. Installation can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a friend.
Application. This Barricade HD Winch Front Bumper with LED Fog Lights was designed for use on 2009-2014 Ford F-150 models, excluding the Raptor.
Changed the appearance of my F150 from a mild mannered utility vehicle into what a good friend called a “monster”.
Installation was fairly simple, with the only complication being the two little support brackets which are used to hold the hood release (and plastic piece under the grill) in place. One end gets sandwiched between the truck frame and bumper; the other end I fastened to back side of the hood release (instead of the front side as specified in the instructions). The 90 degree bends in the brackets were a bit too close to the end of the bracket to fit properly infront of the hood release. I used a couple of bolts and nuts to tie it together instead of the spring nut and factory bolt as indicated.
Used a lift cart to hold the bumper up while I aligned everything. Turned out to be a lot simpler than expected.
Looks awesome. Much heavier than the original.
No isolators or washers for the D-Rings; I will pick some up locally before attaching those.
I purchased this because I have a winch and a bull bar so I needed something that could hold the winch, had good foglights and gives that extra protection up front for off roading, etc. This bumper arrived without any dents or scratches. Its solid, looks good and fills all of my needs. The price was good also compared to other bumpers that have all the options I need. Recommended!
The bumper looks amazing on the truck. Install was relatively easy. The winch plate mounting holes needed to be redrilled as the didn’t quite line up with my winch, the hardware that is used to mount the winch plate to the frame is not the correct diameter for the mounting holes
Wasn’t hard to install at all and I’m loving the LED Lights
So this front bumper is heavy, but it looks great. It placed a more aggressive look to the vehicle.
