  1. This bumper is good if you are on a budget and don’t want to drop $1k+ on a one-piece rear bumper. It’s very sturdy and heavy, although I wish they had run the welds all the way down each seam instead of doing only 4” or so on each edge on the inside of the bumper.

    Mine came with the powder coat damaged, because it wasn’t wrapped well enough, but the seller worked with me to resolve the issue.

    I ended up rolling it with Herculiner inside and out to protect it from rock chips and rust. I added seam sealer to the inside edges that weren’t welded to keep dirt/moisture out of the crevices. It also helped fill in some of the sloppy parts in the footstep area that weren’t welded properly.

    I also added plastic wall anchors to the license plate bolt holes and used coarse thread screws so that I didn’t have to deal with nuts and bolts.

    Eventually I may cut out the section behind the mesh part and add lights.

    Overall, a great bumper for $600ish.
