Hands down BEST bumper EvEr! Last Sunday while at a deep dead stop in my ’14 F150 four door Lariat I was rear-ended at 40+mph! other car never touched the breaks… couldn’t believe what I was looking at after I got out… The mustang suffered a total loss in damage, while mine was very minor.. Had to replace the pigtail wiring harness an hitch ????everyone kept asking where did I get this bumper…
Bought this for my ’05 F-150 thinking “it’s for ’06 to ’14, it couldn’t be THAT different, could it?” There are three mounting holes per side for this bumper, my ’05 only uses two per side, waiting until my master mechanic brother can assist. Will amend this review after installation occurs.
I installed the bumper in about 1 1/2. Everything fit fine. But plan on bringing your truck to a shop to have the backup sensors hooked up to a computer. Mine work sometimes now.
Heavy solid bumper. Fitment was excellent. Only downside was the universal fit backup sensor fittings. Other than that it’s all great.
