This is easy to install, however you do have to cut out a factory bolt. Other then that little challenge super easy to install.

Ordered open box and fully expected to be missing the bolts. “Nonessential” items were said to be possibly missing. The ordered shipped with just the guard itself. Not a single mounting bracket or any of the install kit.

I want to start by saying I ordered this grille guard open box. However, on the listing it clearly said it was only missing “non-essential” hardware. Well, today the guard comes in and it is missing all of the installation items. Literally just the grille guard itself came. I expected it to missing a few bolts or the wrench its supposed to have, but to have nothing was frustrating. I do not see how the mounting brackets are considered non-essential and feel it should have been clearly stated in the listing. I then contacted customer support to find out they basically refuse to do anything since it is an open-box purchase. I was told my only options were to attempt to find the brackets locally and possibly be reimbursed by them, or return the product. I was then told, “unfortunately today is the last day you have to return the product because we have a 7 day return policy. I don’t understand how a return policy can take into place before you actually receive the item. So, now I am stuck with a useless grille guard and will have to attempt to make brackets of my own just to install it. This has been a truly terrible and frustrating experience.

I received this grill guard super quick by UPS Freight. Easy to install using hand tools power tools would have been better. I wanted a guard which would look good on my 2018 Silverado and function good for protection and I think this will meet the bill.
