Durable Construction. These Barricade Side Steps are constructed out of heavy-duty 3″ diameter mild steel tubing for added strength and rigidity. Barricade then completes these step bars in a black powder coated finish for excellent durability and long lasting corrosion resistance. As part of the final assembly Barricade installs a set of rugged non-slip step pads.
Easy, Bolt-On Installation. Barricade Side Bars are engineered to be a direct bolt-on upgrade using just basic hand tools, so there is no drilling or cutting required for a clean straight forward installation to the body mount. All of the necessary hardware is included for installation, making this an easy job for anyone to complete in under two hours.

These are great low profile step bars. Easy instal on the Silverado without any power tools (recommend having a breaker bar on hand) and I am no mechanic. These were exactly what my Z71 needed.
Easy install. Looks good. Works for what I wanted.
I paid $180 or so but would gladly pay 200+. I’m a bigger guy so the body mount version was a no brainer. Super easy to install with literally 3 tools if you’re installing on 2014-2018 models. I’m no mechanic, either. A wrench and 2 sockets is all I needed. In standard size it’s 13/16 and 1/2 inch deep sockets. I have an impact driver but didn’t even need it. I’m bigger but not a powerhouse or anything and was able to break loose the body mount bolts pretty easily with a grunt here and there. In less than an hour I had them installed in my driveway. Most of the hour was just me taking my time. Even I could toss these on a pickup in half an hour tops, now. So even if you’re not very mechanically inclined, don’t worry. Clear Instructions were also included in the box.
They look great and make it much easier for me and the wife to climb in now. Love it!
Hello. My first review on here. I wanted to replace my side steps to match my black and white theme. I went with these simply because of price. I did like the design but ultimately the price was my deciding factor. I had them professionally installed because I needed my old OEM bars removed. Nice bars, much smaller than the OEM and they are very close to the body of the truck. Overall a 4/5 due to the positioning of the bars.
Inexpensive but quality step bar. Installation was easy about an hour on each side. It was a perfect fit, is solid and looks great on my 2018 Silverado! Just as good as any of the expensive ones!
