I ordered this and when I got my package I only received the bracket covers. Then when they “replaced” it for me I got only the covers once again. Then when I called again I got told to shop somewhere else due to a problem on their end rather than trying to find a solution for me. That didn’t seem like they were trying to provide the best customer service or like they wanted my business.
