I’m ecstatic over the quality of this Barricade HD rear bumper. It really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The inly reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I wanted to buy my own lights and it really didn’t provide any direction on light options at all. I will say after lots of research I found that the Diode Dynamic SS3 flush mount patter is the same. HOWEVER, I did have to do some trimming for the DDSS3 bezel housing to fit in all the way. I just used DD’s included gaskets to draw the outlines and used a Dremel with metal cutting wheel to trim off the excess. It wasn’t that difficult at all once I got the dremel out.
Now for the light wiring, I finally just finished up a complicated wiring process just yesterday. What I did was I wired the lights to a relay, ran my reverse tailight wire tap to a three way switch, ran the switch to the relay, powered and grounded the relay and lights and ran the amber backlight to one of my Ford Bronco’s upfitter switches. Now I can use them as reverse lights or not and also have the backlight separated out. Really drives home the whole package.
I also loved this bumper so much that I bought the Barricade HD Plate Style winch front bumper along with a barricade winch. It arrived yesterday and I will be putting that one on this weekend. Can’t wait!

Love the way it looks on my Bronco! Easy install with my 18yr old son. The only complaint I have is the location of the Licenses plate holder. I ordered the DV8 relocation holder to replace it.
