Steel Construction. Barricade Off-Road manufactures their HDX Hard Top Roof Rack to precise specifications from heavy duty steel for superior strength and durability. Barricade then completes the Rack in a two-stage, textured, black powder coat finish for long lasting corrosion resistance and rugged good looks.

Auxiliary Light Mounts. Barricade had the foresight to design their HDX Hard Top Roof Rack with auxiliary light mounts. These mounts will allow you to easily install additional off-road auxiliary lights to the rack for extra confidence at night. Lights not included - sold separately.

Bolt-on Installation. Barricade Off-Road designed their HDX Hard Top Roof Rack to be a straight forward, bolt-on install using the hard top's rain gutters as mounting points. Assembly and installation of the Rack should take about two hours to complete.

Application. This Barricade HDX Hard Top Roof Rack is designed to fit 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with a hard top.

Just installed my Barricade HDX Hard Top Roof Rack this last weekend and loving it. Looks great and provides amble storage space for camping gear so that I can leave the backseats up and fit the whole family in my 4 door JL Rubicon. I left the light-bar mount off as I’m mounting mine towards the back to leave the freedom panels accessible. Biggest complaint is not having any t slot eyelets included for mounting points or at least providing info on sizes to make finding them easier but that’s just a 1 time inconvenience that won’t be a problem once I find them.

Pros:
-Looks great
-Bolt on instal (no drilling required)
-Easy assembly/install (about 2 hours)
-Included mounting brackets for lighting

Cons:
-Instructions could be better (especially in regards to placement of foam pads)
-Don’t provide any info on t bolt sizes or sell t slot accessories for the t slots in the platform panels.

The Barricade roof rack is easy to install and looks good on the jeep. I have used it multiple times and it works perfectly for all our camping gear.

I bought this rack for my 2023 jeep rubicon. Installed with no problem. Made such a loud noise whenever driving over 45 it was completely intolerable. Sad thing is they are not returnable once you’ve installed it. Couldn’t have known before installing how loud and uncomfortable the ride would be.

Instructions are not the best but watch https://youtu.be/vL0q_5Oojfk to see what parts you need to install. Solid no drill roof rack for the Jeep Wrangler JL, it comes half assembled so it wont take you a whole day.

Looks great. It makes my roof vibrate. It’s noisy but looks nice. I will be getting a wind deflector to see if it helps with the nose and vibration.
