Barricade Off-Road manufactures their Trail Force HD Front Bumper to precise specifications from 5/32-inch thick mild steel plating and 2 x 0.120-inch tubing for superior strength and rigidity. Barricade then completes their Bumper in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for long lasting durability. The D-Ring mounts are welded both inside and outside for extra strength.
Bolt-on Installation. The Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper was smartly designed to be a direct bolt-on solution for trail headed Broncos. The bumper got dropped by FedEx and looked great. Box still looked nice. All parts there and great directions. This went on really easy. Had my wife give me a hand and used a floor Jack and a hunk of wood to hold it. I did tape off the paint just in case but had no issues. Took my time and cleaned things and still only took 2hours. If you concentrated you would be under a hour. But was not in a hurry.

This thing is solid! Instructions were easy enough to make it a quick install.
You will need help, as it is properly heavy. No issue there for me, have an 11 year old ready to help.

Very well constructed bumper, simple installation.
Instructions could need more detail.
If you have crash bars and plan to remove them do it after removing the original bumper and before installing the new one.
Took me a couple of hours to install but was able to do it without help
