I’m giving it a 4/5 because of the instructions that accompanied the parts. It helped with laying out the pieces to begin installing but had a bunch of extra steps not applicable to the rack or images/descriptions that weren’t helpful during the process. I’m not sure why this is so hard for companies to do properly but it may present challenges for some that rely heavily on instructions.
The rack, however, has been great. It’s sturdy and looks fantastic on top of my Jeep. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Easy to build and mount. Make sure you have another pair of hands to mount or hold the tape measure. Mounted securely and held the equipment we wanted it to hold for a multi-day drive. Easy to take down after needing and doesn’t leave any scuffs or scratches. Other than the expected drop in mpg it is totally worth it.
