I have been trying to find the right look for my 2wd Sierra elevation summit white double cab. I didn’t want to loose the sport look. These look perfect on the truck and squared step with a industrial cut out pattern really appealed to me.
I took a swing on the big gamble of the lowest price open box. It was under $75 total shipped to my
House.
Yes I was missing half the hardware/ yes they were bent and scratched. Yes I expected that and being a American man with tools money and skills I spend a few hrs going thru my bolt bin to find 12 m8x1.25(left over LS engine fasteners) a trip to ace hardware for the small other pieces and a quick fab of a new hold down bracket and we were set. I spend about 10 min with hammer and then painted them with rust oleum Bedliner in a can. They look amazing and have held up great so Far.
Don’t be afraid of alittle work to save money. All the people who complain about the bracket being scratched – paint it. The paint they come with isn’t all that good. Never hurts to rattle can another coat of protection
