Bought this brand new and ended up getting an open box sent to me. A couple dings and scratches and missing hardware for the fog lights and backup sensors but not a huge deal. Customer service took care of me and issued a partial refund instead of me shipping back. Hitch hangs a little low but that’s just poor design by barricade, and the mounting plates and brackets were just poorly designed in general but still decent for the cost. The people fabricating these and welding them up should take a little more time on this. Looks good enough for the price. Will look better when I get the fenders to March the bumper
