Featuring a fabricated over-rider bar, this Stubby Bumper includes two high strength D-Ring mounts and a built-in winch plate that is capable of supporting a 12,000 pound winch.

High Quality Construction. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel plate for strength, this Barricade Stubby Front Bumper is cold formed into shape. After trimming and final finishing, Barricade then completes its Bumper in a 2-stage finish, using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for durability and long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Straight Forward Installation. Please note that this Barricade HD Stubby Front Bumper installs in conjunction with your stock factory bumper, and that modifying the factory bumper is required for installation. The install can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a friend.

Application. This Barricade HD Stubby Front Bumper with Winch Mount is designed to fit 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma models.

I was on the fence with this one because there was very little info, photos and no install videos I could find with the winch option. Super easy install from a tech perspective. Its a process, and a little time consuming but no cutting is unheard of with any Tacoma bumper. I did it by myself. Only requirement outside of the instructions is relocating the winch control module. I don't know how a winch could possibly with a top mount module without hitting the center steel member. I drilled 2 holes spaced to match the module bracket and put it on the horizontal crossmember in front of the radiator. Others, its super clean. Remote plug and clutch lever are easy to access. I love it.

I would give 5 stars but I found the instructions to be pretty lacking, and I couldn’t find a video for this specific bumper. Most of the install wasn’t bad, I just had a hard time with the winch mount parts as the instructions just kind of glazed over it. In the end got it installed and was very satisfied with the look of it. I would just recommend ET put together a video for folks in the future.

This bumper is really nice for the price. The winch tray is very heavy duty and is quite the upgrade from the aluminum factory thing they call a bumper. Install was easy if you have any mechanical skill and common tools. Give it a try.
