High Quality Construction. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel plate for strength, this Barricade Stubby Front Bumper is cold formed into shape. After trimming and final finishing, Barricade then completes its Bumper in a 2-stage finish, using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for durability and long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Straight Forward Installation. Please note that this Barricade HD Stubby Front Bumper installs in conjunction with your stock factory bumper, and that modifying the factory bumper is required for installation. The install can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a friend.

Overall pleased with the product simple install, minimal fabrication , easy to follow instructions. Allows you to keep factory skid plates too. Nice upgrade for the $$. Helps to have an extra set of hands but one person can install.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was for me to install by myself. Mounts very solid and lines up very well in my 2015 Tacoma.

Easy install, instructions sucked. Do not need to remove full bumper. Can just cut out the portion that is needed for install and then put in. Would recommend zip ties for holding portions of the bumper together. Also I added a small drill hole in the metal bumper to attached the plastic bumper to it better

Easy install, rugged hardware. Welds aren’t spectacular and winch access is definitely tough with adding a 20” light bar but that’s to be expected with the design. Overall happy with it and didn’t affect front height much even with a 12k winch

Instructions were good. Quality overall seems ok to good but there’s a couple things I did not care for. 1: the welds for the recovery points sucked like they’re barely welded to the cover plate. I’d be hooking to the stock hooks 1st. 2: I had to grind the paint and then some off where the cover that you see slips over the base that’s bolted to the truck. 3: Access to the winch is difficult. I extended the wiring and made a plate for my grill just so I don’t have to fish the remote plug through the small hand hole. Operating the clutch on the winch is bad enough.
I’d still do it again if I did another bumper insert, it’s budget friendly and looks good. The barely welded on recovery points is my chief complaint, the rest of it just comes with installing aftermarket parts.
