Built tough from heavy duty steel plate, this Barricade Bumper is ideal for street, work and off-road applications.
High Quality Construction. Cold formed into shape, this Barricade Rear Bumper is manufactured from heavy duty 5/32 inch steel plating for strength. After trimming and final finishing Barricade then completes their Bumper in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for durability and long lasting corrosion resistance.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. Barricade engineered their HD Off-Road Rear Bumper to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the original stock bumper reusing the factory hardware and mounting points. There is no cutting or modifications required for a clean straight forward install. Installation can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a good friend.
Application. This Barricade HD Off-Road Rear Bumper was designed for use on 2015-2020 Ford F-150 models, excluding the SVT Raptor. This Rear Bumper is designed to work with models that are equipped with or without rear mounted backup sensors.
I had a few dings on my stock bumper and wanted to upgrade. I like the color and style of this bumper. Took me roughly 1.5 hr to to install. Definitely a huge upgrade over the stock one.
Custom Painted Barricade HD Off-Road Bumper on a 2020 Lowered F-150 Sport
Bumper came with warping on the right side at the top. Uneven finish and chips. Found out they also forgot to ship sensor plugs so I had to wait more to complete install while they shipped the parts. Find a better bumper.
Was rear ended and had to buy a new bumper. I have a 2018 xlt 3.3l with a Curt hitch. Didn’t know if it would slot in and got the bumper and it looks amazing. Unfortunately I had an after market 7 prong trailer adapter which doesn’t work with the bumper which I’ll figure out. And the taillights were grounded to the previous bumper so I had to find a way to ground everything which wasn’t a big problem. I also bought the morimoto license plate lights which was a simple plug and play. It looks slick and aggressive but has to move everything because my tailgate couldn’t close because I pushed the tailgate high. Love the new look though. I busted my thumb while tightening everything but it was worth it. I’ll be sure to be aware when winter comes for rust.
Easy install and makes the truck look much better.
