Easy, Bolt-on Installation. Barricade Off-Road Drop Side Step Bars were engineered to be a direct bolt-on upgrade for your F-150 using the existing factory mounting points. There is no drilling or cutting required for a clean straight forward installation. They were easy to install, they really help actually with climbing into your truck. the footstep is very easy to hit and use. I have had others that are too narrow and not as easy to use without really thinking about where you step. I ceramic coated mine and expect they will last forever.

I do not recommend these step bars because they rusted in one winter. I decided to spend a little more on steps that were powder coated in an effort to not have rusted running boards. After the first winter with these running boards they began to rust on the each of the steps near a weld point. I spoke with customer service and they were able to offer only $40 for a "touch up" kit. Sounds like a recipe for failure in my book. I don't recommend the running boards or the site due to the lack of ability to back up the products they sell.

Installed myself in about a half hour I've had in my truck for about 2 years holding up well in Arizona. Stops the kids from face-planting when he getting in and out of the truck.
