Heavy Duty Construction. Barricade manufactures their HD Drop Side Step Bars to precise specifications from heavy duty, steel plating and mandrel bent tubing for superior strength and rigidity. Barricade then completes their Side Step Bars in a high-grade, textured black powder coated finish for long lasting durability.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. Barricade engineered their HD Drop Side Step Bars to be a direct bolt-on upgrade reusing the factory mounting points and hardware. There is no cutting or modifications required for a clean straight forward installation. Installation can be completed in about 2 hours with just basic hand tools and the help of a good friend.
Application. This pair of Barricade HD Drop Side Step Bars are designed for use on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-door models. Driver and passenger side included.

Bought these for the wife’s Jeep to replace the stock steps. She loves the appearance, so happy wife = happy life. All parts were in box. As another reviewer said, the In instruction are not clear that the photos are for the passenger side, so match brackets to the photos and begin on the passenger side. Tighten all of the bolts to the point that they still have a little movement because you will need that once you attach the steps to the brackets. I secured the steps to the brackets, then secured all of the other bolts. Time will tell on the quality, but the price was right. It took me a couple of hours to install.

Love the look of these on my 2017 JKU. Time will tell how well they hold up. Installation went pretty straight forward. Be sure to note that Installation begins with the passenger side. It doesn’t show or really say at the very beginning
