It’s super heavy duty, that’s where the good stuff ends. The steps in the instructions do not match the figure numbers of the illustrations. The instructions are poorly written. There are steps listed that are not applicable and refer to the wrong illustrations. I can see why no one has taken the $400 dollar offer of making an instructional install/build video of this product, as it would be impossible to follow the instructions per the guidelines. The rack once installed makes an interesting roaring sound while traveling down the road as well.

The carton arrived in good shape, the parts were wrapped to prevent getting scratched. Everything matched the inventory sheet. Step by step instructions were easy to follow.

Love this roof rack but installing the rails on the truck took a while and many cuss words due to what i think is a flawed design. You don’t have enough space to get any tools in there to tighten the bolts other than an open end wrench which takes some time to get all 10 bolts tightened down. Other than that the rest of the install took less than 30 minutes. Overall I love how the rack looks and seems very sturdy.

Out the Barricade HD Aluminum Roof Rack in last weekend. About 4 hours by myself with no help. Real sturdy. Good looking, fills roof up nice unlike some of the baskets people put on top of their racks...

Fault: i get a small whistle i cant get rid of.
