The bumper is heavy duty and not that hard of an install. Taking the old bumper off was more of a chore, especially dealing with the parking sensors. Watch the install video and read the directions and you’ll be ok.

Nice quality bumper. Much heavier than the stock bumper. A couple drawbacks. The lack of spare tire lock. Tried to swap the stock one over but the pre-machined hole wasn’t large enough. If you want to reconnect your trailer brake wiring you will need to re-route the wires as there isn’t enough to connect to the relocated mount located on the bottom of the bumper. Lastly the license plate light seems a little cheap for the cost of the bumper.
