So there I was putting the passenger side on and I crawled under and the metal is dented and the powder coating is cracked. This of course was the last step and it was 10 pm. So I took a photo.
Both sides rusted for me in less than 9 months of having them. When I reached out for support they refused to do anything. They stated the warranty is only good for 3 months, when I went to look at the page I couldn’t even find anywhere that says only 3 month warranty. Very disappointed that these rust so fast. Don’t buy these.
Arrived on time. Installing in less than an hour. Passenger side instructions were confusing, the video online doesn’t show passenger side installation. Overall, I’m very happy with them.
I looked forever trying to get the steps with the right look for my truck. I found these and they are the best that I have seen. The ends have just a little curve which is perfect. They are completely sealed on the ends. They are good quality and appear very durable. The instructions included are a little confusing. I just crawled under the truck to see what went where. Truthfully the hardest thing about the install was figuring out exactly where the brackets went. Once you figure that out, it takes no time at all. Overall excellent side steps for what I was looking for.
