Installed new 3.50 inch bull bar with 20” light-bar on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Overall it was an easy install. The wiring of the light took a bit of time, but was rather easy as well.
I love the product. Cannot beat the value for a bullbar and light kit! Install directions were not great, but YouTube saved me. I have to agree with ShaneL: the install took a bit more than an hour. I have a 2012 Tacoma, and I had to drop the bumper to get the frame supports attached. You have to be patient and careful where the bumper clips on the outer sides. As for the firewall, there is no way that modular connector goes through the existing driver’s side firewall port. I had to cut the connector off to feed the wire through. Once I did that, closing escrow on this was easy. I had about 3.5 hours in this as I was working alone, but the final result was definitely worth it!
Took some time to install the base.. but having the right tools should make it easier.. everything fits well and have room to align just follow the steps.
I ordered the barricade bull bar installed looks good and the light bar is blinding.
